Stephanie Carroll, from Thrive Flower Farm and the Agriplex's Sonya Boyd are back to share their excitement of hardy annuals- the kinds of flowers you can plant in the fall for the earliest bloom in the spring, using cool weather techniques. $10 fee includes a light lunch. Youth, ages 12 to15 must register and be accompanied with a paid registered adult.
